This is the clone trooper, Jek-14. His whole left arm was made of pure lightning, which is what made him so powerful. After Count Dooku made the first clone of Jek, which had failed, he cloned another, which worked! Soon he and General Grievous went to the planet Kamino, where the first generation of clone troopers (in the clone wars) were made. There, he cloned Jek-14, and made a HUGE army! This picture shows Jek-14 with his helmet off.
